This privacy statement describes how PANALIS Solutions collects, uses, and shares personal information about consumers and other individuals within our clients, business partners, supplier and other organizations with which PANALIS Solutions has or contemplates a business relationship.

PANALIS Solutions GmbH attaches great importance to protecting your personal data. This data protection declaration explains to you the type, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “data”) within our online offer and the associated websites, functions and contents as well as external online presences, e.g. our social media profile (hereinafter jointly referred to as “online offer”). As new technologies and the continued development of this website may make changes to this privacy policy, we encourage you to review the privacy policy periodically. With regard to the terms used, such as “processing” or “person responsible”, we refer to the definitions in Art. 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you contact us as the manager of this website through the offered contact channels, your data will be stored so that they can be used to process and answer your request. Without your consent, this data will neither be disclosed to third parties nor processed for any other purpose.

We offer you a newsletter in which it informs you about current events and promotional offers. If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter, you must enter a valid e-mail address. By subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to receive the newsletter and the procedures outlined above.

Withdraw and cancellation: You can withdraw your consent to receive the newsletter at any time and thus cancel the newsletter subscription. Objection Advertising Emails

The use of contact data published in accordance the imprint obligation contact information for sending unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby rejected. Handling of Access Data

The server log files are stored for a maximum of 6 weeks and then deleted. This site uses Tidio, a chat platform that connects users to F-Balance customer support. We collect email addresses/names/numbers only with the consent of users to start the chat. The exchanged messages and data are stored within the Tidio application. F-Balance uses these messages or data only to track registered problems or requests from users. Your personal data will be processed and transmitted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO).

Application Data

We electronically collect and process your application data for the purpose of completing the application process. If your application results in the conclusion of an employment contract, the data collected from you may be stored in your personnel file for purposes of normal organizational and administrative processes in compliance with appropriate legal requirements.

Upon rejection of your application, data you have provided is automatically deleted three months after notification of rejection. This does not apply in such instances where, due to legal requirements (such as the burden of proof obligation stipulated in the General Equal Treatment Act) a longer storage period is necessitated or when you expressly agreed to have your data stored for a longer period in our database of prospective applicants.
